The Maintenance Cycle
A predictable lifecycle
We do not promise every client receives two move-ups — fine hair or heavier shedding may require an earlier complete reinstall. Maintenance plans are always individualized.
Initial Install
Your first installation with custom row planning and blending trim.
Move-Up #1
First maintenance appointment to reposition wefts as your hair grows.
Move-Up #2
Second move-up when appropriate, maintaining blend and comfort.
Complete Reinstall
Fresh installation with new or re-used hair when the cycle completes.
Individualized Care
Maintenance is never one-size-fits-all
Most clients return every 6–8 weeks for a move-up, depending on density, shedding, growth, foundation condition, and lifestyle. The typical cycle runs Initial Install → Move-Up #1 → Move-Up #2 when appropriate → Complete Reinstall. Your plan is always individualized.

Daily Home Care
Protecting your investment at home
Daily Brushing & Detangling
Brush daily with the recommended tool, holding the weft base to avoid tension. Detangle gently from ends upward.
Washing & Drying
Wash with recommended products, avoid heavy oils at the attachment area, and dry thoroughly — especially near the beads.
Sleeping with Extensions
Never sleep with wet or damp attachment areas. Dry completely and tie hair up loosely to prevent tangling overnight.
