Haus of Hale, LLC provides luxury micro-beaded weft extensions, extension consultations, maintenance, head spa and scalp wellness, blowouts, haircuts, and healthy-hair styling services. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are determined by Haus of Hale and may change without notice. The paid Extension Consultation is the required first step for any new extension installation.

The Extension Consultation is $60 for 45 minutes. The consultation fee is non-refundable and is not credited toward installation. Appointments are scheduled through our booking platform and are subject to availability. By booking, you agree to the policies communicated at the time of scheduling.

By providing your mobile number and consenting, you authorize Haus of Hale, LLC to send text messages. Haus of Hale, LLC is the sender of these messages.

Messages may include inquiry follow-up, consultations, appointments, service updates, maintenance reminders, support, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. You may reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Where you provide consent, you agree to receive marketing and promotional messages from Haus of Hale, LLC. Non-marketing messages — such as appointment confirmations, service updates, and support — may be sent as needed to deliver our services. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting non-marketing communications required to fulfill your appointments.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. For extension hair, 100% of the hair cost is due before ordering. Haus of Hale professionally selects and orders client-specific extension hair; clients do not self-purchase extension hair for this service. Accepted payment methods and processing are managed through our booking and payment platforms.

The Extension Consultation fee is non-refundable and not credited toward installation. Cancellation and rescheduling policies for other services are communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to retain fees for late cancellations or missed appointments according to the policy in effect at the time of booking.

Our website and services rely on third-party platforms for scheduling, payments, text messaging, and other functions. Haus of Hale, LLC is not responsible for the practices or availability of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
